CVS

This week I managed to make two trips to CVS.  There were some deals to be had, but of course I couldn't locate some coupons in which I could have made money:).  Since I did not have all the coupons I needed, I had to create my own scenarios.  What a great brain challenge!  I would have been more successful had it not been for my first stop which was out of the ZippFizz which I had planned to pair with a $2/10 to earn ecb's plus overage.  I should have just left that store, but instead I came up with a transaction that was fairly fruitful.  In all, I endend up paying out of pocket (after 4 transactions) about $10.  If my original scenarios had worked, I would have paid $7.70.  How funny is it that this amount seems to be so much!  I've been spoiled by paying less than $.50 for previous runs!  I don't have my receipt in front of me, but will update when I locate it!
